Occasionally we may run low on supply of popular items and may be required to wait on delivery from our supplier.If an item you have selected is not available for immediate despatch, we will always notify you of any delays, and if we are unable to fill your order in an agreeable time frame, we will refund your purchase.
We deliver by Australia Post, Couriers Please or nominated furniture carriers anywhere in Australia. Delivery by Australia Post and Courier is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
International Delivery is by Australia Post. We will confirm to you via email that your order has been despatched so that you will know to anticipate delivery in the following couple of days.
Australia Post Delivery Guide within Australia:
- Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra: 3-4 business days.
- Perth/Adelaide/Hobart/Darwin: 5-6 business days.
- Regional & Remote Areas: 4 Days From Capital City
